why else would someone lose an entry count if its not a dc?
clearly did not get a reward or even had a chance to buy the chest rewards then you’re telling me there’s a chance I would not be granted a re-entry ticket?

I understand how frustrating this is but you need not to worry until and unless it was a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects. Additionally, receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience. Here’s a post that explains better how this system works.
