Since downloading this game there has been nothing but issues, along with well over 72 hours trying to fix this 10010 server authentication problem.
Just let me into the fucking character creation screen!!!
All my friends and I, quit Wow and now I can’t play with them, crap customer support, how is this not fixed yet or patch or something. I’ve tried 8 outrageously complicated methods to try and fix this and still nothing.

Try this (just unlink steam account worked for me)
Done exactly that twice now, even started doing it for a third time thinking you was suggesting something slightly different… like maybe leaving it unlinked and trying it that way. tried all the known methods matey, opened a ticket, all i can do is wait another week and keep ranting til then, sorry for wasting your time, have a good one chap.
I had the same problem and the above fix worked for me. Have you checked your server status on the official web page?
This seems to still be an issue. I’ve never had this error before today, but now I’ve gotten it 3 times in a row. I changed nothing, just kept rebooting and it worked. Did Amazon break something this morning? =/
