NA-West Enviska had 16,500 queue at 1100 PST. I gave up after waiting for 50 minutes, so not sure how long it would have taken to get in.
go in the NAW and see it for yourself i guess. almost all servers have 6k+ or even 10k queues now.

Na west akkan. Queue roughly 10k. Probably about 25 minutes to an hour to get past it. The queue is worst easy morning and thats probably due to timezones of the botters

I started the login just after 11AM server time and it was 15k queue. Now it is 1230 server time and there is still 4.4k queue.
Update: Character selection screen achieved at 1:09 PM server time
