Assuming I need to hit queue 0 and burn rate is constant, I’m looking at roughly 3+ hours to get in (Burn 11600 queue at 51 queue/min = 227 mins). That tracks with anecdata from last night around 8pm PST with starting queue roughly 8000 and >1hr to get into the game.

US West - Mari
Enter Queue Position ~= 14500 @ 11:00a.m. PST. Reach character selection screen 1 hour and 28 minutes later.
I was at a 6k queue and an hour on azena east.
16k Mari NA West at 1230pm, looking like approx. 3 hours to get in, but I’m not waiting to find out for sure. I moved up about 4k in 45 mins.
None. It’s not generally their policy to give out any if it isn’t a problem with their own servers. Bots filling all the space doesn’t qualify as a problem to their logic.
And there’s your sign.

NA East can’t matchmake today. And yesterday they needed a server restart (with 60seconds heads up) to let people use their aura functions and access Mari’s shop.
Maybe it’s just a huge huge influx of players that are overloading all the shop/matchmake functions.
NA West Mari - 11:45am on a weekend when I should be able to enjoy the game. 15,334 queue. We really should not have to plan 2 hours in advance of when we want to play.

So many bots it’s effectively DDoS. Denial of service to legitimate players by large botnets. Do something about this problem before your game dies. Lock the servers. Ban all the bots and do not allow new character creation until the team has a way to combat botting in general. New players will not want to play a game thats 99% bots and existing players won’t be able to keep playing anyway. This is embarrassing for you guys. This is a bigger deal than you (AGS) realize, I think. This is the type of shit that absolutely will kill a game. It’s happened time and time again. Look no further than Blade n Soul.
