10k que, up from the average 7k the last two weeks (these que times are from 4am pst to 10 am pst) during the day the que can sometimes be as low as 2-5k
has been taking about an hr to an hr and a half consistently to get into game.

Been in it for 30 minutes and it has moved ~1.5k so far.
I also tried to jump in on off time at around 3 AM yesterday and the queue was 8k and took a couple hours to get thru.
These queue times are going to make me quit. It is getting ridiculous. It is okay for a day or two after a patch then just gets worse and worse as the week goes on. I don’t usually complain on forums, but something needs to be done.

I’m done. Bye lost ark. You could have done right and been aggressive against bots from the start, but you’d rather let it prop up your concurrent user count on Steam as some sign of success. Now it’s bit you in the @$$. People are sick of it and leaving.

For Akkan I joined the queue at 11:55am PST and was ~14.3k. Currently 6187 at 1:05pm. Will update this post with total time once I finally get in… at this rate, expected to be two hours of queue time, obviously ruining a good chunk of my play time, and completely preventing most from playing at all. Wasn’t able to play last night as huge queues made it where I couldn’t log in to play before bed. This is many hours of playtime lost, or flat out game breaking for anyone that can’t stay logged in 24/7.
[EDIT] Got in at 1:53. So took almost exactly 2 hours to get through the queue. 
Shandi (NAW). Joined around 12:30 server time when queue was 11k+. 40 minutes later still at 6500. I’m not waiting around any further to tell you long it ultimately was, sorry. You’ve had more than enough time and certainly are a company with enough resources to have figured this out by now.
I am on Mari NA West and it has been 10-15k queues this past week at pretty much all times of the day. I have logged in at 5:30 am -2:30 am the next morning and still consistent. 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hour waits at least. It is getting to be quite frustrating, especially as I am trying to recruit friends to play the game and this is the first experience they have. Which ultimately makes it their last.
This game is unplayable. Look at AGS and SGR, they are still fine with RMTer and bot. Guys this is really getting out of hand. The game at this stage will simply die. Many player are fed up.
They work for Amazon and Amazon is a massive bureaucracy. Even though they know what the issue is as a customer success team, nobody on the dev side is going to do shit until they can send a big sheet of actual players giving an overwhelming number of examples.
They’re trying to collect that data so it will get prioritized as an issue before smilegate devs with their head in the sand blow up the NA version of the game.

Yesterday when I logged in around the same time it was around 8k. During the week I’m usually able to log in with no queue at all, but there is always a queue on weekends. Started with maybe 4k at the most about a month ago, each week the number seems to keep getting higher.
Hopefully a solution to this can be found soon, honestly the only reason I stayed in this queue today was because I saw this thread but I would absolutely have turned the game off and played something else otherwise. I’m sure you’re aware of this but the game is becoming genuinely unplayable, I shouldn’t be waiting to get into the game for a longer period of time than it takes to run my dailies.
NA West, Mari Server, 16k queue for the past 2 days regardless of the time, don’t even bother trying to login anymore after seeing that because there is no way anyone is going to sit around for an hour or two just to login and do a few dailies then logout. The time is not worth it.
NA West Enviska. Started queue of 13,174 at 1335 MDT. Just got in at 1500 MDT. So about 1.5 hour queue.
