Server Authentication error 10010 Help please

I have not logged into the game in a few days and now I get this message, iv only been playing a month and finally got to 800gs a few days ago and I just picked up the new twitch drop and I tried to log in and check it out and I get this message. I went to steam and verified the local files and I dont use a VPN like the other post said but what else can I do?
