Server Authentication Failed Error "10010"

Hey everyone,

I searched for an answer but the topics I see are since about 20 days ago and I can’t find a working solution. I have the above error popping up since I started the game just now.
I was playing fine during the day but now I can’t enter the game at all.

Any idea how to fix this and a working solution??

I’m sorry to hear you are having this Server Authentication Failed message.

Let’s try some troubleshooting, please go ahead an follow these steps:

  1. Close Lost Ark completely
  2. Restart your home network.
  3. If possible, try changing your network from a wireless to a wired connection.
  4. Force stop Steam
  5. Run Steam as administrator
  6. Verify game files on steam (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files)
  7. Re-lunch Lost Ark

Thank you! Verification of the files worked and I was able to login!
I will see if tomorrow it will behave well again or the error will popup again so I will save those steps just in case.
