Hi, hello, i need help with this problem because it evolved (on my side) after i do ipconfig /flushdns (because any other solution is useless and tested) when i get over this error and log into the game, it starts to freeze and after 1min it crashes, I really dont wanna hear bad pc or allocate ram or enter the settings because after what you guys did on the maintenance day it was downhill. Im on 3k hours in game, i hate how its the game treated but im addicted.

P.S : Yes, i saw other posts about error, no it didnt help, and no i cant click anything after i get that error, game closes automatically after its stay frozen for 2 min

I’m also still facing issues with this error, was able to play a little bit after by trying multiple solutions, but every day when I relaunch the game I still get it and it doesn’t go away today at all.

I’m sorry to know you both are still facing Server Authentication Failed Error 10010. I understand this issue can be annoying. As we interact, devs have been working hard to fix this issue as soon as possible so players can have the best gaming experience we can provide. In the meantime, I have brought some solutions, please feel free to try them out:

Solution #1: Basic Troubleshooting

  1. Restart the game client.
  2. Restart your home network.
  3. If possible, try changing your network from a wireless to a wired connection.
  4. Run a Steam Integrity Check.

Solution #2: Sync clock time by changing your pc clock settings.

  • Turn off automatic update and daylight savings.
  • Expected behavior: Clock should not change on pc, eventually game clock should fix by itself.

Solution #3: Changing to Steam Beta Update

  • Go to your Steam settings → Beta participation under Account tab → change Beta participation to Steam Beta Update

Solution #4: Toggling IPv6

  • Some players were successful resolving the issue by toggling IPv6:
  1. From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
  2. Select Network and Internet.
  3. In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
  4. When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
  5. Select Properties.6. Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
  6. Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
  7. Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
  8. Try launching the game again. A PC and router restart may be necessary.

Thank you for the response, at the moment i got it to work with uninstalling and installing it again, and i mean the freeze problem. The fact that error 10010 will persist after every time you restart the pc or close it and opening again next day and have to do it all over again because not all 3 solutions that you did specifie above will work. You know where I m going with it

In my experience all proposed workaround works randomly just once time then problem appears again next day.

I’m also a dev in my daily jobs, is there anything that I can do to check in my pc so to try to analyze and fix this problem once and for all ? I’m offering as betatester for free to be actively in touch with lost ark devs through skype,zoom, teams or whatever method you prefer.
