Hi, getting this error since today around 12 UTC.
Yesterday everything runs well until I logged off @ around 22pm UTC.
Region:EUW
Server: Punika
Name: Phreakey
Steps I already tried to resolve the problem (in this order, while restarting the pc after each step and trying to start the game than):
-Router Restart
-DNS flush
-set 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 as DNS
-disabled IPv6 @ network settings
-deactivate firewall/ antivirus
-delete anti cheat folder to let it create a new one @ game start
-browse to anti cheat folder open setup.exe and repair anti cheat
-browse to EF Game and delete config.lpk and userOption.xml
-steam game Integrieren Check/ repair game
-completely uninstalled the game and deleted all folders that where still there after un-installation. Re-Installed the game (SSD Drive).
-downloaded tool from https://1.1.1.1 turned it on
I think that was all till now.
Also tried switching Region to EUC - I don‘t have any problems there, I can create a fresh char on every server and start the game. If I switch back the Region to EUW, I instantly get the error after trying to log in the char or instantly if I try to create a new one on another server.

I’ve been having the same issue, as have several other players
I’ve lost Chaos dungeons entries cause of gaming crashing while doing them.
@Roxx Is someone looking into this?

In the time I reinstalled the game, I asked here to may reset my char to a save place (to make sure it is not a “stuck” Problem - Game keeps crashing on loading screen after selecting character - #1190 by Phreak) Gohi moved me but after reinstallation I still wasn’t able to Login (same error).
Around 20 min later I first received an notification in Steam saying VAC and Ban for lost ARK.
Since than I get an Ban Message + error 10010 (vpn error).
Don’t know why or how this could happen or what happened to my account in the time i was unable to login … My two thoughts about it:
- Could it happen because of my char Moving from GM (aka Teleport) ??
- Could this be because of new “VPN - violation”? → As i Had to create a new steam account to Post here again (so stupid that if your account is banned you can’t post in this forum …) steam said me I would use VPN and I should turn it off → as I use no VPN, I turned off the newly installed DNS Program from 1.1.1.1 → worked and could create a new ACC.
But xXNighXx (CS) told us to try this as a workaround ( Cannot connect to the server - error w0x5-0pelpwp1n2nt - #2 by xXNightXx )
Don’t know how to Proceed now, nor why I got the Ban …
