Server crash during abyssal dungeon

Hello,

I was doing an abyssal dungeon yesterday when the servers crashed and needed to be rebooted.
I am now locked out of it and can’t do it again for the week even if I couldn’t finish it.

Is there a way to reset that?

I’m so sorry for the delay in responding to your post and for crash you got in abyssal dungeon.

I like to share with you this link that has information about the automatic system that was implemente in the game for this cases that the player get disconnected and lost a ticket or entry to the dungeon but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
