I was doing Aira’s Oculus on my alt and when we were about to face the second boss, i got a server error and it kicked me out of the game. This isn’t the first time this has happend but the game instantly mails me a ticket so i can do the dungeon again, however in this case it didn’t, is there any chance you guys can help me?
