Last night we had serious issues on Sirius. I was in an abyssal dungeon when the server crashed, and now i log in and it says that my dungeon is completed for the week with no rewards. Please fix.

Thank you very much for bringing up your current problem to the table and I do apologize about the unexpected experience you had within your play-through.
I am happy to inform you that this issue is meant to fixed in the next patch which is coming the next week, some players experienced the same issue as you due to there is a failure or miscommunication
between the game and commerce server, this happens because of the massive amount playing and trying to log into the game simultaneously
