So I was disconnected from Valtan G2 twice while playing and they completed the raid as I was joining back in. I saw the MVP screen but was unable to claim the chest or bid on any of the items.
When I check the raid it shows that G2 is incomplete but when I attempted to join a G2 Lobby it says I have exceeded my entry count.
I have also checked my mailbox and did not see a reentry ticket.
I have submitted a trouble ticket via Amazon but have heard nothing back!
You will get a re entry Ticket in the next 48 hours if it was a Server fault

I’m sorry to hear about this situation with your Valtan run and thank you for sharing the screenshots, I know how frustrating this can be. As @tobix mentions we have a system that handles this issue, as we are unable to manually grant any re entry tickets here in the forums or with support (web tickets).

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:
The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to 48 hours, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
