I just got disconnected again in Valtan Gate 2 and locked out YET AGAIN without a reentry ticket.
The US West sever was met an emergency maintenance last week and a sizeable amount of players got locked out too. @Roxx responded and only re-granted a small number of players from Mari and the rest of us were left in the dust without any further communication till date. The rest of us just had to suck it up and lose a week of progress.
This week, once again i got disconnected again due to the server (all of my other programs are still running fine with the internet) and again no re-entry ticket was being given yet again.
Being locked out of the content 2 weeks in a row sucks and is seriously hurting any motivation to play anymore.
Before telling us yet again that you cannot do anything but have us wait 24-48hours for nothing yet again, please read the below thread and see that @Roxx clearly could get something done for this
I’m so sorry for got disconnected from Valtan Dungeon and for the long delay in responding to your post.
I would like to tell that we’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 24 hours. That is to say, if the system did not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here .
So if this happen to you again in the future you can expect to receive a re-entry for the dungeon in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage.
