I recieved an error during daily chaos dungeon and lost my credit for the day.

I’m sorry about the inconvenience during your daily chaos dungeon.
Regarding this topic our community manager posted about a new way, AGS is approaching scenarios when players are losing their chance for daily/weekly activities.
Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side.

In this scenario, I recommend you to contact live support here: Contact Us | Amazon Games they can check further in your account, and verify if this error code was an outage on the server side.

Every time I contact support about this kind of issue, they tell me they can’t help, there is no such game mechanic.
exactly. THIS SUPPORT IS JOKE, absolutely disgusting, useless, never helped a single time.
I also lost entry to Albion hard, didn’t receive loot, cd is extended, I cannot enter and do it. Support can’t help. Worst customer service experience in my entire life.
Same thing here , lost entry to Aira’s Oculus on Hard from the server dc/bot attack/server overload or what happened there I contacted the amazon support he said all I can do is hope they will give me compensation and he can’t do anything …
