I see you are posting for the first time on Lost Ark Forums,Welcome to the Lost Ark forums!

I’m sorry for this issue that you are experiencing that is not allowing you to connect to the server.

Make sure that your drivers and windows are fully updated.

Also try repairing the Easy anti-Cheating

Their first recommendation is to try reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat.

  1. Open Lost Ark in your Steam library.
  2. Go to Settings > Manage > Browse Local Files.
  3. Open the AntiCheat folder.
  4. Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file.
  5. Press Repair.
