Done the same dungeon 3 times. Bugged 2 times and surprise server restart the 3rd time.

People complain because there are problems. Dev team attempts to fix the problems which requires restarting the servers. People complain that server is being restarted. They can’t win.

I fully get all the issues. Queues, unstability and so on. But please inform with some more time
Was playing yesterday and received the warning 1 hour before the restart, not too sure if your game glitched and did not show the warning.
They’ve been waiting in a 12k queue, ~1-1.5 hours to get in, only to get disconnected and the server placed in maintenance in plain primetime.
Of course people are going to be pissed.

That sucks, they should inform in-game at the same time they inform on Twitter
It’s not the point of the topic. They can give warning at least 30 mins ago in game so people will know and not join raids etc. They can restart as much as they want but 2 mins warnings are not a good decision.
That’s fair. I do agree applying fixes during prime time in the US is really not the best time to do it, but at least they are working on it and at least they did save everything before a restart. At least the server isn’t crashing and reverting.
Yea but for real 3 min announce right before lots of events and ppls in dung is pretty harsh

Wei just went down for maintenance, shop/marketplace was having problems and dungeon matchmaking wasn’t working so probably needed it
Im in Wei. After waiting the evening to play (12 k queue), I got hit by maintenance just after entering. This happened to me yesterday and again just now. :S
it’s back up and no queue. go time!
