well, it’s reassure me, i’m not alone for this bug… i mean 3 hours i try to change all settings with all recommandation for this bug : like :
Ip6 / Firewall / updates / DNS / cheking files steam game / unistall Loa etc And nothing …

i think the server is up for people who stay online… but i think the server connection is down :confused: sadge

Hi,
it works again for me. I could select my region but i had to restart the game. I don’t know what happen but it was not my FAI because my Public IP did not change.
I think your system has blacklisted a lot of IP.

What do you mean about restart the game ? Did you lost your data and characters ?

Your data are stored on amazon’s servers. You can’t lose your progression.

News : I went to sleep and today after waking up, I tried to connect to the game (still connected to south america) but this time I was able to switch server so for me the problem is solved (idk how)

No, you can not change the region on the fly. The system asks to restart the game. After restarting you can access your region again and all your caracters too. So no loss.

unfortunately, but many times I still have this situation when I do chaos dung or sometime vykas kakul I gets randomly kicked ,cannot connet to the server,then throws me to the server selection screen and writes this account is already logged in, Something like this started happening sometime after the kakul patch
