so i did swap the server but i did not receive any of my previously bought founder’s packs (platinium and gold) that i used on Kadan server/character.
Is there any deadline when i will get these packs on my newely created character on new server or it’s a bug and i need to contact with support?
i didnt recive mine too
As far as i know it can take up to monday.
i was wondering the same, excat same situation… so im hoping if i put time into my new toon on new server, come monday ill recive my founders packs
I’m having the same problem, so i guess we just have to sit tight? 
yeah, but same time its like, do we waste time playing on this new toon with the new server… hoping we get our packs
as i understand, the only thing we will be missing are the these rewards.

*If the Founder’s Title or Founder’s Exclusive Wallpaper are used on the same Roster where a pack has already been redeemed, you will not be able to use these items.
So in my case, i would only be missing out on a title, 150 crystals and a pet.
But i guess it wont be a waste of time, as long as we eventually get the rewards
So what everyone means is that we will get our founder pet,title and the small token crystal if we swap server in the later part?
As i could understand from this:
Founder’s Pack Redemptions
Players have let us know one of the reasons they are reluctant to switch to lower population servers is because many of them have already redeemed their Founder’s Packs on another server. To help combat this and make exploring new servers a more reasonable choice, we will be granting ALL Founder’s Pack purchasers that redeem their pack by 12 PM PT (8 PM UTC) on Monday, February 14th with an extra set of the exclusive items from the Founder’s Pack they redeemed (e.g., the Founder’s Exclusive Pet and Founder’s Title from the Bronze pack; see full list below) as well as some additional Royal Crystals for Silver, Gold, and Platinum Pack purchasers. These items will not be tradeable, and will be delivered to a player’s Product Inventory so they can be claimed on a new server. Your original Founder’s Pack will not be affected by this, and will remain on the initial server where you redeemed it (or in your Product Inventory, if you have not yet redeemed it).
It would mean if you claimed the founder’s packs on any server, and make a new toon on a new server before 14th February 12PM PT (8PM UTC) will be granted a second set of founder’s packs. Thats how i understood it
i understand it exactly the same. If i redeemed all my packs within specified time so between friday and monday i will get new packs. But when i will get them? This is not specified.

Its not between friday and monday.
Everyone who redeems a founder pack until Monday will be granted a second box on another server other than the original claim server.
It could be that they wait until monday and give the pack then after timer goes out for everyone to use theirs.
Cant explain otherwise, i didnt get mine either.
But the point is the Crystal aura already running if we swap server, how could we claim another 30 days again? < ------- I don’t think we got 2 of it from the previous one still running.
The 3 days aura is just a compensation gift which is different.
Crystalline Aura is account bound, not attached to any kind of server progress.
Yea that we know but if they going give out another founder pack to new server, will we getting the 2nd 30 day crystalline aura?
Simple answer is “No.”

Hello, i’m not sure if this is a correct topic but i have a question. My first server where i thought i can stay was Neria, so i have used my founders pack there (it was only a bronze one but still)then i figured almost all my friends playing Lost Ark went to Kadan server, is it possible to transfer my crystalline aura to Kadan server? or can someone explain me how to do this if i’m able to do this by myself? Thanks in advance.

They said it would be AFTER the 14th, that you would get the new one, they have not given a specific date yet. Also, to clear things up, you do NOT have to switch servers to get it. You will still get it if you stay on the server you are on. You just had to claim the pack you had, by today or you would not get the new one.
You just need to have redeemed the Founder’s Pack from your Product Inventory to any character/server before Monday at noon PT (8 PM UTC). The bonus pack from the article will be granted at a future date (we’ll share an exact timing when we can), and that will go to your Product Inventory so you can redeem it on any server/region you choose.
