In my case I actually did and the guy (someone called Kirito) told me that there was literally nothing he could do. What a joke.
Happened to me as well, chose Slen server and started playing and claiming founder pack. Then logging today and i see that for some reason i was sent to the new Sceptrum server … how is this even possible >_<
Rly hope they can fix free char transfers, or at least transfers in general.

This streamer click to join Zinervale server and he is redirect on Neria server (the server where he was waste his platinium pack)
It’s same for me im sure that i have select Trixion server and when i reconnect this morning i was on Thirain.
In the character selection we have 0 indication to know in what server we are.
Please i really think its BUG for the majority of players.

The best decision imo would be for Smilegate to give all founders 1 free server transfer.
And also add a notification for each server selection ingame showing what language is the server based on , because this problem will occur a lot when f2p players will start playing.

Same bug here, i create yesterday my character on Trixion and today my character is on Thirain…
Not only a transfer, but to make purchased things available. If I get transferred without half of what I paid for, then there is no point really.

How would this work
Just keep contacting the support so they’re officially aware of how many people are having this problem. This is just bad user experience. They can’t say “it’s your fault” when there was no warning and no clear communication. I’d reach out to Amazon Games especially since Amazon claims to be “customer obsessive”.

I’ve messaged them, if it’s anything like new world. It’s going to be some BS generic response.
I have the same problem, I chose the server that contains more Latin Americans, the game should warn when choosing the server which it is targeting, please correct this and allow the character to be migrated to the other server along with the items.
So far super dissatisfied with this game issue, it’s bad without any response from the technical team to the people who bought the early package to start the game.

I’m sorry that you guys picked wrong servers, but they are NOT officially “spanish”. The community gathered and decided together they wanna join server x or y.
Amazon knew it and they decided not to add server tags, when in reality they only had to Change the server names from “Kadan” to “[PL] Kadan”. Kinda shit of them that they didn’t do this, but also not exactly their fault either.
We have overcrowded servers since day -3. When the game opens in 2 days it’s gonna be… idk what is worse than unplayable lol.
I’m sure Amazon is aware of this and no forum moderator will give you any inside info before the official announcement. I doubt they themselves know anything anyway.
Either Amazon is going to increase server population limits (if the servers can handle it, which isn’t unreasonable since Lost Ark is a very instanced game).
Or They will add a bunch of new servers. At this point they will have to give everyone a chance to migrate to another server. People and even entire guilds will want to migrate from the overcrowded servers.
I guess you can just wait. Maybe learn some Spanish in the meantime. KEK

In reality, we didn’t go to the wrong server, when you click on a server it can put you on another… It’s a bug.
it is known that no server is official in any specific language, the difference in which you see more one language or another in the chat is by the number of players of a specific country, has wei have gone many Spaniards but it does not mean that it is a Spanish server because the servers are not all official language
forein country publishing in europe always make the same mistakes. they forget we have 25+ official languages, and don’t even bother to put tags on servers… sad really, how little they care
Yeah same thing happened to me as well. To my unfortunate started playing on Trixion and found out later that’s its French server. Area chat is so racist it’s not tolerable. French people are like “this is French server get out of here”.
Contacted support about transfer and tried to negotiate about workaround about they deleting my characters and giving me a new founders pack, but that wasn’t an option either.
Same happened to me too. Registered to Thirain and just found out that the inofficial German Server is Asta.
We need a server transfer as soon as possible.
The servers have no official language. This is not AGS fault at all for what server you chose and redeemed your packs on. No reason they should start deleting characters and items and restoring packs because of this.
Yes, I do know that and no one said it was their fault. People here are asking solutions and hoping for a good customer service.

there are no “official” server languages but it seems the community has agreed unofficially and now people who weren’t aware of this are stuck on servers with a comparitively low english comunity with no way of switching if their founders packs have already been opened.
