I am at the same boat. There was no language tags in game so i thought it was english all around but i learnt way later on that AGS posted language preferred servers in this forum.

I see that you used your Founder’s Pack on the wrong server and I totally understand how you feel.
There might be a possibility to transfer Founder’s Pack to different servers in the future. However, for the time being the Founder’s Pack can not be transferred to different server.
For now, you can only transfer Founder’s Pack unused items to a different character on the same server.

Amazon should accept refunds for sitations like this. Deletes manually characters then player should be able to decide to buy them again and create on proper server or not.
