I mean clearly adding a new region did absolutely nothing, i took an 8 hour break from the game i come back at 12:39 am CET time to play, i click enter on a chaos dungeon and yet again i simply cannot enter anything on my server, I know korea had server transfer made available for a short time meaning the technology is there, it’s been there for years nearly mmo has a server transfer or some sort of thing like that yet amazon even a week after release and knowing eu needed another region simply just hasn’t worked on it. Just do what korea did and make it temporarily unavailable for the EU region, The technology is there all u have to do is adapt it to work on ur servers.

Yea i’ve fully given up on doing any timed events, there’s either too many people in the channel causing it to bug or the servers decide to go down midway through me doing anything. I’ll just sit here queueing chaos dungeons praying that somehow it will let me enter one.
I believe the Korean server was offering manual transfers for some period of time, but ultimately server transfer functionality does not exist, or we could have avoided a lot of the issues we are experiencing.
Is it coming at a later point in time or it may never come so people stop holding on to the hope?
It will not be implemented in the foreseeable future, so it unfortunately will not help solve current issues.
Then move some servers to the EUWEST so we can actually start playing Lost Ark?

They had the Numbers and all informations to do a new Region beforehand and now they want some People to move, the only real compensation is “no Queues”? lol
Unprofessional work from both Smilegate and Amazon, i can’t comprehend how the whole team isn’t fired yet.
Just some people will leave and just call it a day and accept their wasted time and money, if any…
They need to come up with either in-game or manual server transfer asap.

The new servers are good but they will not solve the issue as I don’t see 10-20k people starting again from scatch. There is no other solution that server transfers, as it seems all other improvement options have already been exhausted.

Never, probably.
Then unfortunately, there will be no change. Right now All servers in All regions except Central Europe are “Good” status and all of the EU Central is still marked as full.
Most people will not move.
I have spent way too much money now to move anywhere. Even if you reimbursed me the ~ €300 + all the founders packs. I still have 180 hours spent in game and unless you can move our whole guild and all my achievements and cards etc. There is no way. Unless you can do Server transfer to a different region. Which is not happening apparently, so this stalemate will remain until then.
So what exactly are you all planning there at AGS as the queues are shocking and the game is unplayable relating to instances after 1pm

Manual transfer means they’d have to move all of the stored info over manually instead of implementing some system that lets us click a button, still a better solution than having a dead on arrival server but hey. who am i
