So ive just decided to try a EUW server and basically to be able to play when i finish work. So i can get this right. Im basiclly given nothing or piss poor extra log in rewards to swap servers? And cant get my founders or twitch/ amazon prime drops on this server? Isn’t this pretty poor of a company that has been releasing the game over in Russia and Korea years ago. Surely any company with half a brain would realise they screwed up big and not expecting the player base. Has now made purchasing the pack to get earlier access absolutely pointless. Surely lost ark should now be offering a server transfer to people who are legit EUW, which can be checked via amazon sign in and steam sign in. And even ask for proof, Which i would happily do just get all my progress moved over. what does every 1 else think?
Yeah I decided to swap server as well from Valtan to Akkan as my friends were on the one I was changing too and Amazon would not do anything to give me skins or mounts or anything that I got on Valtan even when I said I was happy to delete all my characters on Valtan they still would not do anything to help me.
So I’ve wasted my money on Valtan and cannot get any of my mounts like the free Chamkuri we got for 20th day login reward or the Terpeion horse we got as a gift none of my Twitch drops and 3 skins I paid real money for. What kind of MMO cannot help people with these simple tasks?
Almost every MMO I’ve played has been able to do something to help in this situation. I am really not impressed and I think Amazon needs to work on making server transfers possible. What I also do not understand is I was only transferring from servers that are both in NA west not like I was going from West to East or anything.
