I try since yesterday to do valtan and everytime when i go into the raid its a desaster.
For example: when valtan jumps high and breaks the arena 2-3ppls gets disconnect everytime. That is not randomly ts always when he jumps the same dc and everytime it is someone else who dc´s
Today i try it again and here we go this time we have another bugs. Everyone was ALONE in the raid!!! Look screenshot
The biggest issue was i could not get out of the raid ! after i changed the chars and wait 20 min … switched back to the char that was in the raid alone. I got kicked and LOST MY VALTAN RAID and my friend as well !
Unfortunately i did not get the ticket in the mails for the disconnect!!
FIX YOUR SERVER AMAZON!!.. but hey sry it costs money to restard it right ? so u decide to wait until wednesday again and … of the players… i hope u dont get thrones and liberty… new world and now lost ark… servers are bu…ht

Please try this troubleshooting steps :
We know how frustrating that can be, and we know there’s been unexpected disconnections during these dungeons, so in order to compensate these crashes, the Dev’s have implemented a system to compensate this issue whenever a game server crash or outage occurs (by our fault).
Please know that since it’s been only a couple of hours since you’ve gotten disconnected from the dungeon, you have to wait the estimated time of maximum 24 hours, because all eligible and proven disconnected (by the game server) players will automatically receive their additional entry within these 24 hours, so please, wait the estimated time in order to receive the additional entry if eligible.
If your game crashed only on your end, unfortunately, you’d have to wait normally for a new ticket to be granted for next week’s clear.
We understand this inconvenience but please be aware after the time frame if the case is in fact eligible you will get the entry ticket.
