Yeah, like literally I lost so much time, boss rush, cube tickets LEGION RAID tickets, even the ones I got for losing a ticket I lost that too, I got disconnected MULTIPLE TIMES from chaos and guardians LOSING LOOT and they STILL not doing anything about this?? THE GAME IS UNPLAYABLE SINCE LAST MAINTENANCE HELLO??? OR its a new feature that we not only gamble with honing but now with just playing the game? No thank you. And now they do an urgeent maintenance to remove the pheons that they SENT US… but not fixing their servers…pathetic… Im literally so done

or maybe they won’t start back up again, shutting them down each week hasn’t been going to well for them.
Also imagine how untested this script they are about to use to pull back what they sent you is going to go. You think it’s fully tested? I wouldn’t doubt at all if it makes a mess out of some peoples inventory.
Reminds me in NW when they tried to send EU some gold for a compensation and accidently destroyed the EU servers for a week when the script ended up sending out hundreds of thousands of gold instead of 1-2 thousand to each player.

After all this company is greedy af. No one cared for the continous disconnects but now that the pheons were send out they immediately shutdown the servers. I literally have no words for my frustration.

and this isn’t just a us being babyragers over not getting a PP or whatever. This is legitimately a terrible move from AGS/SG in how they plan on handling this.
It’s honestly something worth the community being upset over for once.

I would agree, if everyone got the mail. But that doesnt appear to be the case. Maybe because they tried to minimize the “damage” i dunno.
But its pretty shit if some players get free 60+ pheons and others get nothing

To be fair you could say that about anything.
It’s just a book who cares how it ends, it’s just a car who cares if it got scratched. It’s just a foot you can hop.
In the end this is how many people spend their free time, have invested money in (via skins, gold, etc) and feel as though they are getting shafted. Of course it doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things, it is just a video game afterall.
But in the short term, both for the player and AGS/SG this is a publicity hit that just piles on top of a number of other big issues happening right now. It isn’t insignificant to AGS/SG since it’s a potential profit loss and it isn’t insignificant to the players as they just get slapped down harder by something new and are more willing to go find another game to play (which hurts all of us as player numbers continue to bleed)
So sure, it is just a game, but there are things at stake overall that do matter, both from a company and player perspective.
