Not sure if this is a new issue, but I searched the form boards and found nothing similar to the experience I am having. I am level 50 with GS 600. I have completed 2 quests on Shadow Island (To the Shadespire and The Scent of Blood). After searching on Google I learned there is a chain of 6 quests with the third quest being Vile Debris, however, the NPC that grants the quest does not have anything for me. The quest is not in my Journal either. I have completed above level 24 in the tower. Is this a known bug issue? Does anyone know what I can do to trigger the quest Vile Debris?
