Shop in eternal maintenance and drops and aura cristalina is missing

Hi, since yesterday im unable to open the shop and the free aura cristalina and the drops of twitch are missing. i dont know if is just a personal bug or is happening to more people. thanks in advice

Hey there, its not just you. For me and a few frineds of mine its the same. We cant open the product inventory to redeem things and the Aura is inanctive aswell.
