Shop doesnt work, crystaline aura doesnt work, mari shop doesnt work, and it still happends day after day after day after day, whats going on?
If crystaline aura doesnt work we cant have 3 bifrost teleport to do unas tasks in all our characters and is a nightmare if you have to go one by one walking or sailing wasting a LOT of hours, why is this still happening?
Can I just play normal this game PLEASE?

Servers are overloaded… I would expect to take weeks to fix itself.
Why are you making the same forum post that 1000 other people have already made?
It was exactly the same thing with new world, shop hardly ever worked and was down for weeks on end

shop server is in USA with empty servers you have 100-150ms respond time.
How long do you think it takes if it’s under anyload at all.
It takes longer than time set(allowed) by developer and you get either long response or maintenance pop-up.
Someone at amazon made just…super decision to bind EU servers with server across the globe to send info about state of your purchases(item claim/aura).
AND THEY ACT SURPRISED THAT SERVER IN USA MAY NOT RESPOND IN TIME FOR SHOP RELATED STUFF TO WORK.
So no there is no magical fix for aura…the fix is to set up EU located shop server so it can respond in time under load.
But guess what those ducks have problem to copy the database records from one server to another…for them setting up new commercial server would mean no previous puchase.
If you’re so incompetent then ask smilegate to send you some people that can set it up.
