I tried to buy 1 Character Slot Extrension from the shop. Because of the serverlag the purchase seemed to never go through (said to try it again later). I tried a few times but always got the same notification, so I gave up. Half an hour later I got 3 Character Slot Extrension in my inventory and my gems gone. Messaged support about this and they said they cant refund shop purchases… Unbelievable.
So yeah, dont try to buy anything in the EU shop, you just get scammed.
