Doing main quest with my artist I got kicked from game every time I tried to entered Lake Eternity…More, I can t acces my toon because loging gets to be kicked again. Tried with a ticket but they only put me back in Prideholme and going back brought me to tthe same problem! Help!

I’m sorry to hear you are getting kick out of the game,plus the issue persist even after getting some assistance via ticket.
I recommend you to try the basic troubleshooting, if you haven’t try it yet.
- Check updates on Windows and PGU
- Verify Integrity of Game Files
- Restart your PC
If the issue persist after the steps above, try to contact AGS with a ticket, again, and explain them what you have done and that moving your character location is not improving the situation.
