My guild and I completed both Tranquil Isle and Velkan this sunday. But it looks like our times did not get registered. It is not showing in guild menu (alt+u), and its is not showing in the Base Info rankings. Can you please look into it and give us the Bloodstones we deserve ? Thanks

Really sorry for this situation you experienced with the Siege and Raid matches time not getting registered, let me know what have you attempted as troubleshooting to look further into how we can proceed. Have you tried verifying the steam files integrity and restarting the game?

My guild mates experienced the same issue so I’m pretty sure it has nothing to do with integrity of game files.
