I think I did uninstall the Alpha version from steam but this is still in my Lib.
please see attached image !
Right click any game, Manage, Uninstall.
Could take a look inside the folder and double check.

yea settings, apps, programs and features remove it that way

It’s not in programs and features item list. That is the confusing part.
you sure its installed then check your SSD or HD storage, mite just be bug on steam saying its installed, if not then i don’t know

I’m not sure what’s happening as well 
I think I’ll just wait until beta and then delete files manually from the folders as I cannot see the option to uninstall Lost ark from steam.

Thank you Jamie and others for helping! I’ll just manual delete the files from the folder as it doesn’t show anywhere as installed. Bless guys!
