Becuz if they open kr server for everyone just bots play west version. even if i have to pay monthly for playing in kr server for sure ill move to kr server asap.

NA/EU we are using U.S. dollars. In South Korea they use WON. If they opened the doors for every NA/EU player they are more likely enticed to pay to win in Korean version.
I know some streamer did the same and it only costs him a fraction of what you are going to pay here.
