I completed the Memories of Luterra quest chain, and was never awarded a skill point potion. I need skill points man 
skillpoints are roster shared. could be that you completed it already on a different char?
no it was my first time! It stated that I had the quest in progress on a dif char so i swapped and completed it. never got the skill points!
