So in our recent clown runs I have noticed that burst is key. After Mario 1 we have been able to get straight to 90x but its wasted because it forces Mario 2.
But I heard you can skip Marios so is the key actually to burst before Mario 1 or how would you skip them? I’m playing spec bard with my Robust Soulfist friend. 
And we have several other bursty classes too.
We also almost managed to skip M3/4 but havent quite perfected this yet… Is using Nineveh good for this?
i believe you can only skip M3 and M4 the thing i saw is you want to burst right before mario 3 starts like for example mario 3 is at x80 so you all get ready to burst from like x83 or x82 you send a guy to do M3 and he stay next to the exit until the last second cause if you don’t leave mario kakul will never start another one unless the timer ran out then he will start it insta
It’s not possible to skip M1 and M2 because of the damage reduction starting from 90 bars (Showtime). You can only skip M3 and M4.
you just nuke it as soon as m3 is ready or wait for a long mech and full send. you can do it without ninevah but it makes it a lot easier
Yeah only M3 and M4 the 90 mechanic will always stop his HP so if you have the damage, save all your buffs and biggest damage for right after showtime and then drain his bar to 0 before the next mario 1 shot goes off from not going into the middle. Or if damage isn’t that high, do M3 after showtime and save all your burst right after M3.
M1 and M2 can’t be skipped.
You need to do showtime without Innana, so you can save Nineveh for damage.
You should send the lowest dps in the group to do M3, and ask them to stay in there until the last second, Kakul won’t start M4 until M3 is finished.
So keep the boss at 82, everyone prep for the push as soon as he starts a free dps pattern (usually anything, notable exceptions are the spin to X or plus, Albion, or clap + saws). From that point on just push as hard as possible really, Nineveh after M3 stagger just so you don’t miss.
Also remember that there is a grace period from when he open M4 portal to wipe, look at boss remaining hp, if you’re confident your group can drain that within around 15s then keep sending it.
You can actually skip Mario 2, 3 and 4 but not with our gear level.

Using Nineveh helps, that means you’d be doing showtime without using Inanna.
