Slayer over aeromancer?

So let’s see May/Slayer June nothing July Nothing August/Aeromancer it’s even worse, they went back to a class every 3 MONTHS… ROFLMAO

they are literally the last classes. after this it will be even longer. hahahaha get used to it.

If you think we will wait 13 months for a class after Aero comes out your pretty special…

They also said, that “popularity request” cannot be used as excuse to release Artist sooner. Now they use it as excuse to release Slayer first.
With the difference, Artist actually had popularity requests. There is nothing on Slayer.
People were told, Aeromancer after Artist, before Slayer. So Aeromancer fans thought to themselves, “good, no need to spam the forums with give us Aeromancer next.”

Until AGS shows actual data on how Slayer is more popular to back up their stance, they will be marked as liars. And it will stick to them forever.

Your entire argument went out the window when you said there is nothing on slayer. Between the forums, reddit, discord, twitch chat, twitter, ALL OF THEM, there are literally HUNDREDS of posts asking for Slayer.

what would they benefit from releasing a less popular class earlier? Explain the reasoning behind lying about that.

As one of those Artist mains that waited, hearing them say “We moved it forward due to popularity” feels like a slap in the face. We got her now sure but that statement is a pretty bold one to make. No polls, no survey we are aware of, no data of any kind but hey, “we heard she was popular so we moved her forward we heard you guys aren’t we awesome?”

TBF if you go back to when Aeromancer first released the forums were flooded with Aeromancer posts as well. It’s a cycle of “the newest class gib” also helps that a huge population of the game users just want big booba lady it has nothing to do with the class itself its just “she hot big booba”.

That may be true, it may not be. Either way it is what it is now. Unfortunately for the aero fans, the slayer fans were just louder.

What about the Shadowhunter non-darker-skin-tone fans that were also louder? Why didn’t Amazon listen to those people? Hmm.

Because that had nothing to do with a class release. I’m not understanding what that question has to do with this?

And it would’ve solved the support shortage LMAO

also there was more people complaiing about artist censorship then supporting the idea.

Like every company, they use people voice only when it supporting their ways.

Best speculation is that the loss of player base hurt so they had to release what they deemed popular to bring the popularity up aka Slayer.

There’s definitely a support overage at farm content and frankly I don’t even see raid groups waiting more then a few minutes for supports at end game content. The biggest “shortage” these days is in Hanu since even the support mains have 2 or 3 dps probably on their roster as well.

In the current situation, I don’t think there’s a shortage of supports in most content anymore. But back when there was a shortage, an earlier Artist release would’ve helped immensely. Imagine if we got Artist back in 2022. Not only would it have solved the support shortage, but it would’ve given Artists more time to gear up and helped increase the amount of supports in the endgame content.

I got an even more simple answer for ya

Money

We just had our first Ayaya release and while it went really well, you think people will dish out again for another Ayaya in a row so quickly?

However on the other hand, we have Slayer

So OP in Korea that it’s one the the best burst AND sustain classes right now

And tiddies, big ol biddies

They’re banking on a lot of people spending on Slayer

Plus if D4 is coming out in a few months, Slayer release might be enough to keep some people at bay

Also too, now this is the tin foil hat speaking here

I have a feeling next PTR it’s gonna get nerfed, which we all know can kill anticipation for a class

My opinion it’s too strong for the meta right now, and bringing all other characters up to its level is just not only a lot, and possibly too much work to balance, but waaaaaaaaay too much power creep in a game that already has this problem in spades

So it makes me think they wanna capitalize on the popularity of everyone wanting the class before it gets the nerf hammer

Cynical, yes, but very plausible, especially given the wording in the roadmap

’ We just had our first Ayaya release and while it went really well, you think people will dish out again for another Ayaya in a row so quickly? ’

Yes

Let me edit this though, I think Slayer and Aeromancer are both going to be wildly popular classes lol

Who will win in the money wars

Very small petite woman with a cherub like face and childlike expressions

Or bigass adult tiddies

Seems like SG and AGS are putting their bets on the latter

Lemme edit mine in response as well

Both will be extremely popular, but I think Slayer is just waaaaaay too OP as of right now not to take advantage of, especially with how people love to bandwagon on meta classes

cope and seethe
