Smilegate and AGS…are you even listening to your customers, sure doesn’t seem like it. This is why people are quitting this game and it will just be a TOP-HEAVY game of whales and tryhards, good luck getting new players to play when they find out about all the things below…
Alot of us tried to be positive about the game, and looked the other way on alot of questionable stuff happening with the direction of the game, but it has become very apparent that this game seems to just be an after-thought and CASH GRAB for Smilegate etc…

Release classes such as Destroyer without powerpass etc…
Most players were not 1415, but to keep the whales and tryhards you release valtan, this is not the worse thing, but when you take into account that you limit gold and silver in game…and you even limited it more because of BOTS. For those unlucky in the market etc…longer to progress. And you only ban RMT’rs for a few days, ridiculous.
The difference between lucky honing vs. unlucky honing can mean weeks and weeks of being behind your friends when trying to do content together, pushing people to P2Progress, you can’t even narrow the gap…
Classes releasing every 2 months? Are you serious…people will not wait they will just quit and they won’t come back because of that bad aftertaste of being treated poorly.
Skins are class specific and already cost alot, and you drip these out so slowly?
Now we get LOOTBOX and GACHA mechanics to try to luck into legendary skins, you are expecting people to pay 1000s of real money for chance at skin and you need to chance into each piece to get a whole set? And the legendary skins have stats so it truly is P2Win, this is just ridiculous. How many RNG Casino Mechanics does this game need, not only honing materials, but now skins as well, how greedy are you Smilegate and AGS?
Yes, we will have whales, tryhards and toxic people say, “Well the game isn’t for you, just quit”…well I have a feeling alot of people will be doing just that “quitting” and this game will just be a niche Top-Heavy toxic game of whales and tryhards. Smilegate AGS, you don’t have a lot of time to turn this around and you keep making decisions that are not in your customers’ best interests, at a certain point all the goodwill given to your companies will be lost in fustration and disappointment.
They’re not. This roadmap made it clearer than ever that they only care about the money, and fuck all about their playerbase actually having a good time.
I have read replies of tons of people that have uninstalled, and I hope a lot more follow.
I m ok with every mechanic in the game, take it or leave it but skins with RNG / Casino its just bad. Skins are cosmetics and %4 main stat increase won’t carry you in end content for sure. Just let it be buyable from store with Red Crystals and for the God sake slow down on releasing bosses. I could not even push 1415 due to my bad luck.
Limiting materials are you joking .With so much events and 3 alts i am earning more then 16K guardian stones and around 150 GL weekly. Is this limited.
That’s pure lie. In EUW which is the latest region many many people were 1415 in week 1 of Valtan. Now i am 1437, my guild mates are all over 1445. And why need everyone should do the new content on day 1.

This is RNG, you can pity some gear parts but insta hone another one. There is no people who have non stop luck or non stop unlucky. Artisan energy is the real honing process and it’s fixed.
You realise most people already play their mains .We have 17 subclasses and only 5 missing, 4 from July.
If you wanted to main Destroyer you should have the T1 and T2 materials to insta T3 him and keep your KT.
Then if they were smart, they would give the community what they want. Now look what has happened lol. You can have a degree and still have no clue how to run a successful business, or a successful game.
Yep I’m a patient person normally and I am now loosing my patience, I came to this game with Summoner in mind for my main, so yeah still no main toon really and god knows when it will be either.
I’m not spending anymore money on this game now and I’m just waiting for the next MMO to release because I’m tired of Smilezon not having a damn clue or even caring about having a happy player base and healthy game.
I’m trying my hardest to hold out because I do enjoy the game but they are not making it easy at all with all these terrible decisions. I do personally believe it is mostly Smilegate not AGS who is making these decisions like eg: why would you release the game with the dead zone to NA when you know how badly it was received in the other regions? just decisions like that I’m like wtf?
Unfortunately I do not believe it will get any better and already just about everywhere in my server apart from Punika and south Vern is a desolate wasteland with no new players to be seen, just bots everywhere. Anyway that’s how I personally feel after todays road map announcement.
Its hilarious because arcana its a niche class, only a few player go to main arcana and its supertrash as alter, same for glaviers, soulfist, reaper.
Theyre more friendly classes like the summoner that work fine as main and alter but they remove it for who know what reason, its a no sense… whats next? reaper? the other niche class?.
