Guess you can’t read very well. So if you are calling the CMs liars then why don’t you go make a post and ask that very question, “Who codes the code, is it Smilegate or AGS”. But instead you just keep spreading false information to put the blame of code issues on AGS.
You just look extremely ignorant and trolling, you keep coming back to a post about 10k queues. Saying you played all versions means nothing. Show us some code if you are so skilled in knowing development. As I said you are just ignorant in calling the CMs liars, when they have stated several times they do not have a development team, Smilegate is the developer. Everytime you post you just look more foolish, just move on from the post or go make your own asking who codes the game.
Both Smilegate and AGS are responsible for these 10k+ queues and I am definitely not defending either one, in fact go read above where I talk about this. But you are just ignorant and trolling. You can sit here in my post and keep trolling but you just look ignorant and foolish.

Since you can’t show any code, then let me lightly enlighten you on why there is bugs that are not in RU JP KR. You have code and different branches of code where say Branch 1 (Feiton Pass) and Branch 2 (South Vern) and what they are doing is Smilegate in simplistic terms is taking code blocks or branches of different things AGS or Smilegate or together would like released at a different pace then was released in the other regions. The code they are currently are using for NA/EU might not fully match the timeline of when they patched their code in previously in the past for RU JP KR, so now they have to patch maybe make some adjustment, and this is where bugs can show up. Also they already have coded in things to port this game to NA/EU, how do you think they coded the UTC/GMT timezone offset code. They coded and add this to their weekly update/patch 3+ times trying to get it right.
If you cannot understand how this works, then as I suggest go read up on development, branching, merging, references and updating references, unit testing, and deploying a codepipeline. Otherwise as I said…stop being ignorant and calling CMs liars, stop trolling this post.

I’ve never seen a company(s) blatantly disregard it’s customers like this. I work in the airline industry and if I treated my customers like this, I wouldn’t have customers and no job.
You know why this game is successful in KOREA? Because SMG has great communication with the playerbase. Something that is non existant in this version of the game. We are living a bot fiesta in game and on these forums. Can someone take responsibility and fix this sinking ship.
Smilegate and AGS…another day of high queues…6k+ BOT QUEUE. This is how you treat customers? Gold River are you still in hiding? Smilegate developers are you actually doing something? Where is the communication?
The update/patch notes say nothing about resolving these high queues in NA West and its spreading to other regions. Is this how you really treat your customers?
Alot of us are just about to quit this game, especially if you are expecting us to sit in 5k-10k Queue at all hours of the day. And if you get disconnected 1 time you are back at the end of a 5k-10k Queue. I don’t even know how anyone can defend this? We are not even waiting in queue behind other players, we are WAITING IN QUEUE behind BOTS. This is ridiculous. Seriously Smilegate and AGS, this is the worst fail of a game seen in a long time. And no server transfers cause of Smilegate’s non-scalable code…
So, literally sitting in 2-3 hours BOT QUEUES, while BOTS play your game.

I give af about what anyone says, they gotta enforce ID verification or account termination. Thats the end of it.

Ive missed so many islands… so much time to do dailies. On days where I can only play an hour… fat chance, there is an hour queue. I sure hope we get compensated in some way for this. These queues are horrible. 10pm at night and 6k queue… cmon…
