When the director of the game comes out and says that he told you to tell people why the delay happened and you didn’t , when you changed names (for example you renamed spider island to spida island (LOL) and so many others ) and the director expressed his frustration with it, when you changed color in npcs making them look ugly and out of place , when you made the game more pay to win than KR , when you can’t write proper patch notes like any other MMO on the markert , when you censor outfits , when you don’t play your own game , when you don’t communicate properly with your players, when your support is terrible, when you implement argos without ways to get there (missing content ) so you can milk the whales…
Then no , you don’t share responsibility . This is all on you .
SG themselves removed content that made F2P more viable even prior to our launch. They have been systematically making a shift over to the most grindy and petty version of the game they can implement for some time now. If you don’t believe me you can watch videos showing the systems that used to be in place in RU and KR.
This isn’t an AGS only problem however, silence is compliance in this case, so both parties here are equally complicit with the current state of things. I hate to say it but this is a joint operation to milk this community for all it’s worth.
The hold on the roadmap is simply to devise a way to implement less content per X amount of time while still maintaining a healthy flow of swiping. They will NEVER bother to move faster than a drip feed because both companies intentions are aligned here.
True. Smilegate is to blame as much for this, but I really think there has been a miscommunication between them from what I’m understanding… Smilegate has definitely screwed up before soo ehhh. Hopefully things come out soon.
This so much. This has probably killed the game for me. I won’t farm Igrexion and do Una’s for a month straight just to get to see the first phase of Argos while others are sitting on a ton of gold/crystals doing field bosses, ghost ships, hard modes, other guardians just because they rushed/swiped/got lucky.
so what i don’t think the critics are not wrong and THE ROADMAP should have been presented prelaunch … maybe this all would backlash less if they don’t announce stuff 1 hr before doing it
As time passes by i am beginning to think Smilegate doesnt care for the west version or they are behind the many bad decisions we previously thought AGS was talking on their own.
I can see that but I also feel like the communication between Smilegate and Amazon is really bad. Feels like they make everything out to be like it’s going to be ok just for some PR damage control but they do scummy things like deleting threads that help the direction of the game. I feel like the feedback we need to get to Smilegate is not getting to them properly and Amazon is gatekeeping what makes it through to their own selfish intentions.
I dont know what is going on and we will probably never know but in any case the actions of both are a disgrace to the gaming genre, they should be ashamed of the level of service they are providing and the way they treat their customers, way below average.

Also I must express that it’s really ugly to do this, after all the work was put into that topic. A fan’s work about his passion for the game. I sincerely don’t get what’s wrong with that and find it very cold. The stuff the person says does not have to be done, but the feedback and reasoning (pictures) should be givable.
Yea I wonder why my trust in using this platform is abused. I always felt an big underdog supporting this forum… Now finding many threads are deleted , I might aswell use the much more visited other platform… And much more.
