I really hope forum opinions dont matter because most peoples opinions on here are about making the game easier or more casual friendly. Dont care about your wife and your kid and your job. Dont project your lack of time onto this great game. Im always on these forums to help shed light on the people who love and enjoy the game in its current state and dont want to see it turn into casual kingdom wow 2.0
Something I learned with playing SWG/SWTOR the opinions on the forums represent a small minority as not everyone will come to the forums and post for one reason or another, so while your opinion matters, it does not always represent everyone playing.

It’s sort of like customer feedback on online stores. You see so many negative feedbacks because most people with positive experiences don’t even think about wasting their time logging in and writing a feedback. People who come to these forums regularly are usually dissatisfied customers and don’t usually represent the majority of the player base. To an extent this forum is an echo chamber of many dissatisfied people. And whether they are dissatisfied for legitimate reasons versus just whining because they’re just crybabies is another topic. There are many legitimate concerns however let’s face it, most people on these forums are crybabies.

Of course they don’t. Hence almost non-existent community manager presence (apart from an occasional comment here or there when they are in-between meetings), or all the threads falling on deaf ears about the same four/five issues, etc.
They themselves said 0.3% so who cares what that bunch of whiners keep posting here. 300000 other players are happy with the existing classes, are all 1400+ already and and have no issues with honing as well as have bought the cool skins that were originally released in Korea in 2020. Life’s good.
He might be a troll and opinions here may or may not matter but dude, if there are 2 people here that whenever I see their names the 1st thing that comes to my mind is “annoying/boring” that would be you and Demonite.
Like, I get it… there are plenty useless posts here that adds nothing to the game but in each and every one of them (lets say almost all of them) you are there saying the exact same thing… come on, just go play the game or read these other source of data that you think is more valuable than here.
FYI, 97% posts created in #game-feedback are unrelated topics and generally rant posts by snarky players with ridiculous demands that are impractical, handouts and game breaking; Calling AGS/SMILEGATE and CMs out, and cry about quitting game.
And 90% posts in Support/Bug sections are dead cuz they either have no idea how to fix the game or they just ignore the reported issue and do workarounds like “we will relocate your character instead of fixing the cause.”
Forum feedback doesn’t matter in any way.
Apparently not, because we are telling them we want to give them money for skins, and they won’t release skins. It baffles me. I have never seen something like this happen before.
Reading that makes me feel discouraged to continue to post in the forums.
AGS will always take their course of action based on the data the game give to them. They use the forum feedback (or other media) to put a face to the problem they could be facing.
Like, if their data show a drop on players or show that not many players are doing something in the game, they would check the feedback of those problems (like not enough people clearing guardians, no enough players at tier 3, etc)
So, it isnt worthless share your concerns about something in the game, but until they dont notice a problem in their numbers, nothing will be done.
Not even trying to hate, no your feedback does not really matter with Lost Ark.
This is not a game in development, this is a game fully developed that will be fed down to you in small doses.
What your opinion of the game is doesn’t change anything with AGS, it isn’t their game.
Posts in General Discussion not so much, posts in feed back and bug reports more so. Post where it is meant to be posted to get maximum mileage from it.
