In the title of the weekly it say 7AM UTC, but when we read:

but we can read something else in other post

So is it from 5AM UTC to 1PM UTC or 7AM UTC to 3PM UTC ?

Using a converter CET is only 1 hour ahead of UTC which would put it at 7AM like they said.

It will be 7 UTC. Looks like a typing error on the NA publication. @Roxx for viz.
