I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the game play experience where the players are being racist to other players.
The best way to deal with such players is to report them either within the game or outside the game. Please follow the below link to check the reporting mechanism.
Once the report is filed, our moderation team will investigate the same and then take proper steps wherever applicable. And I can assure you that every report is thoroughly investigated with proper actions on each of them.
