I know (Figure of speech) of a few judges here in Europe who would be very happy to get some of that Amazon unpaid tax money. The digital agreement we have to clic to get to the game is the equivalent of toilet paper for a judiciary system in a country not ruled by Amazon.
They can’t just “run with the money”.

Especially hilarious considering I’ve in multiple posts referred to this entire case being a result of bad planning considering they had the numbers showing more EU FP buyers than NA while NA got 2 regions and more servers from the start.
Also, you really think they would leave such a loophole for themselves? A MMO releases, turns out it is not profitable at all, and they shut down. Then they have to refund everyone who bought stuff with real money?
Is why they have in their terms and conditions that in the event of discontinuation of service, bannings, etc, you do not get refunded.
But hey, if you want to convince me otherwise, there is a very simple solution.
Find me just one example, of a service that shut down while having that in their ToS, who still had to refund customers.
Only bots and people who are home al day can play . Good game . And since those people dont wana que for 8h they just move once an hour and donr give other people a chanse to play . Nice nice fun times

It’s even unplayable if you made it into the game.
You have to be honest guys, they improved it. It was OK till 6pm more or less.
Before the maintenance, from 1pm it was a nightmare.
So yes it is still not good, but there is improvement, even if they might have lowered the server capacity for that.
That’s great for the people who actually got to enjoy logging onto the game. The queue is now 6+ hours on some servers. Doesn’t matter if MM works or not if you can’t even play.
They mustve lowered the amount of people allowed in the servers. The que is doubled , if they jut let people in again . Atleast they can do islands and completionist stuff instead of nor playing . Lowering the players did nuthing for the matchmaking system so reverse it … and come with a beter more permanent fix for the matchmaking server

Why not just roll an alt on EU West, play that until they get the situation in EU Central sorted, and just go back when done? Honest question.
That’s exactly what we did when Blizz screwed the pooch with AQ launch in Vanilla. Our server (day one server) was beyond borked and it took well over a month to get fixed. They sorted it out, we went back to our mains and continued on.
They have said there is no immediate fix. You’re just driving yourself nuts trying to control something you have zero control over (not being sarcastic). Only thing you can control is your reaction to the situation.
I dunno, I’d just goof off until they fix it. But that’s just me.
I am sorta following your advice there, but goofing around with exploration rather than clearing the end game content. Works for now, but have ofc visited the thought of rolling on EUW with a new class
Just quit playing LA until a solution is made and implemented, why waste so much time on this game when most of it is in queues, fuck that 
You know why most people play MMOs right? That it’s not like Animal Crossing and point and click adventure games? People don’t change servers because they actually get invested in the progress they make. I don’t know who at AGS thought this would solve anything.
The only fix they have is regional roster transfer and I don’t know if that’s even possible at all.
i took 2 weeks of holidays for the game… i refuse to restart on a new server, you guys are just unable. no more to say. gl in the future

Same. I am done. I don´t have time to spend 4-5 hours in queue every night. I have a family and a full time job.

Yes, they engineered this issue while knowing it is unsolvable. It sounds like something from a bad movie but here we are.
They let in too much people to EU Central knowing that the game does not support that many people and can’t be added more capacity to, while knowing that there is no way to move/transfer out of the region and not even servers. Everything was known to them, but the only thing that mattered was greed.
