Give up 3 days headstart, give up 4k Royals you spent in shop, give up crystals, give up any cosmetic item you purchased in store, 180h of gameplay pulling late nights because you can’t even get in game to switch to actually playable region and after all that bonus items that are joke in comparison to what you gave up get removed from bonus login as well. I mean is this even real

It’s not really a joke. Players exploited it to an absurd level, so they removed it as a reward.

I don’t care send it to mail give it as product item one per account I mean million ways to actually help and accommodate people who gave money to this joke of a release…
The problem is that while the crystals can be server bound, the VIP status can’t.
What the current system did was make EUC players make several characters on EUW only to login every day on them to get the daily until they reach the gems rewards with which they then bought the VIP monthly. These people are still playing on EUC, only that now they have 4 month of premium for free…
So not only did they get the VIP worth 40€, they’re also still being part of the queue issue on EUC.
Clearly AGS had to remove those rewards. and for good reason. The incentive that was supposed to make players move, made players grab the reward and go back on their previous server.

They act fast to remove and rewoke stuff not so much communicating with players or fixing stuff, at the end of the day we are totally screwed over and scammed out of our money and time this release was one hell of a joke.

They had to remove this because it’s being very broadly exploited (I mean very, very broadly exploited). They can’t turn off VIP from account because that is Smilegate/gamecode issue. So they turned off the login rewards.
