So this is the powerpass update?

Truly hoping this isn’t the “later this week” update we were all waiting for regarding powerpasses. Super frustrating that it’s taken this long to get any type of update and the best we get is a rephrasing of what we already know. I probably shouldn’t be surprised given the AGS trackrecord, but I do enjoy this game at it’s core and its such a shame to see how poorly every instance of communication is handled. This is especially upsetting because my boyfriend and friend were trying to get back into the game so they could play with me. They wanted to jump their characters with the free punika powerpass and unfortunately everything was disabled by the time they started playing again.

@Roxx thank you for doing your best to communicate with us but it’s so upsetting waiting for an update only to be told the same thing over and over. I know you can only give us the information you have, but there needs to be some sort of ETA as to when things will be fixed. Maybe the free powerpasses people were given can be reactivated so that my friends can at least play with me lol. Anything other than leading us on and saying “hey we’ll give an update later in time” and then telling us the same exact thing. Again, I know you can only give us the info you’re given. So is this a management/dev issue of communication? Are they promising CMs updates on the situation and then withholding said info? Idk.

Probably grasping at straws here but it would be nice if we could have an open line of communication. Maybe updates on what’s going on behind the scenes. Why things are taking so long, what’s being worked on, an ETA for when this will be fixed? Anything other than the vague “we’ll let you know as soon as we have more info” that we keep on getting.

Just my rant. Hoping the powerpasses get fixed soon. Hope everyone can level their alts and farm mats lol. Goodnight.

This whole situation is such a let down… I can’t see how they’re going to get around this in an expedient fashion… They don’t control chargebacks so how are they going to implement something on their end to prevent it?

Well the easiest is to disabled all gold from una and rapport. Because that’s what the botters exploited

Man i was hoping theyd tell us whats going on instead of being vague atleast, we already know how they exploit it anyway. And this cant even be called an update, thats the same copy pasta we get all week.

Thats basically AGS office when they noticed all those chargebacks… Everything else is not necessary since who gives a shit about fixing it fast because its not a big deal right? The powerpass can just be disabled for 2 or 3 weeks while one guy is working to find a solution… It’s just the playerbase that pays the price so who gives a shit…

Thats AGS for you… Same shit happened in New World… Always damage control ontop of playerbase restrictions to fight exploits, cheats, rmt and bots… 10/10 solution!

How many other games do you know that have problems on this scale?

If it was solely the botters fault then this would be in every other game… no, its the predatory and greedy systems within the game that enable this.

The funny thing is, all they needed to do in reality, is make characters ineligible to do Una Dailies for a couple of days until a chargeback is no longer possible. To be clear, only characters selected by the purchased passed, would become ineligible for Una dailies.

The only time it would have an impact is for players without any additional characters. Of course handing out the free Punka PowerPass after buying a Punka PowerPass that first time was likely a problem.

Or letting you buy the powerpass and make it usable only after the chargeback period is over.
A bit like this 3day delay on converted gold and purchased items from cash shop.

This way they can get the money from the botters that purchase the power pass, and then ban them for double profit :laughing:

This is so frustrating, I just made an Arcanist character and was excited to use the Punika powerpass on her, nothing comes up and I google the issue and it has been unresolved/disabled for 11 goddamn days. Come on man.

same, i finally wanted to give its chance to the Sharpshooter, since the gunner is the only class i havent tried, and poof, no powerpass available :confused:

I am loosing patience because of this powerpass fiasco. they better give a good compensation after this(im sure it will) but i hope its not trash. and i hope its wort it for 2 weeks of no powerpass(or might take longer) since no news whatsoever

i think for newer players - while annoying - it makes a bit more sense to have them disabled. what i don’t understand is that it’s also disabled for day 1 players

Really annoying, dont know if anyone else have the issue but i cant even use Knowledge Transfer after the first one… and i wait now 4 days for the Devs to “look into it”. No Chance to Level up a new Character because i have no time and intrest to do all the storys again

Yeah it’s really reaching ridiculous levels at this point.

I’ve never seen a game have players beg to purchase a powerpass like this, it’s crazy. No one wants to do t1 and t2 anymore. This should be top priority

its also players begging to use the free one everyone received that they used or is sitting in their inventory(like mine) LOL

Compensation be like:
2x Potion to refill Aura of Resonance
3 day Crystalline Aura
