While they could have at least come up with a temporary fix until they fix it so people could actually use it and play the class… Let’s go for 3 weeks suspension of an in-game service

The 3 days hold is so bad. You buy legally the gold via currency exchange (royal crystal → gold)and can’t use it to buy your accessory you found on the auction house. Remove this non logical thing.

I stopped for awhile and was recently persuaded by some friends to give Lost Ark another go. Was keen to change my main to the arcanist… but unfortunately for me Powerpasses aren’t working.
Just wanted to add to the thread to hopefully signal that the issue is a pressing one…

While this might not be for everyone, I recently started playing the campaign again from square one on an Arcanist. (1450 DE & 3 other alts). Instead of rushing through everything because of fomo, I have watched all the cutscenes and gotten a real understanding of the story and the world of Arkesia. I have been absolutely loving it and can’t wait to hop on when I get home to keep playing through. I am not usually a campaigner in games, but have found a true appreciation for the quality of the campaign story once you actually understand everything that’s going on! (Will say, there is still a lot of things that are completely pointless and monotonous, but tis life I guess).
If you want to play the game again and find a way to enjoy your time, take the joyride through the campaign. You might find yourself loving it just like me!

This is about Una Tokens giving us 50g coins that you have to right-click without bulk option available. Has nothing to do with powerpass.

The answer was when they fix it they will let us know! It’s not that hard to see.
they basically told us “the update of this week is no infos, and we’ll come with another update (most likely the same) in an undetermined amount of time”
telling someone that you get no info is not an info. even the reason is just assumptions from the players, they have not officially communicated the exact source of the problem, was just “unexpected issue”. but seriously, how unexpected would it have been that bots would take advantage of this? if it takes them 3 months to figure out how to fix it, what happens to those that didnt use it within the first 2 days, we lose it forever? do we get a prolongation?
More transparancy would make a lot of ppl way calmer about this.
if you’re not happy to see posts like these, just stay the fork away from it.
Once again as they said when they fix it they will let us know and I’m sure they will throw in compensation for all the tears that were shed waiting for that fix. But until then just sit tight and wait for them to let us know they fixed it.
KRs new raid is coming in 2 weeks and they will probably have a couple bugs with it. So if they start on figuring out the issue with power passes immediately after that I would expect to see them in 3-4 weeks, if I was a betting man.
plz ppl just have some patience, you re talking about small independant game companies, just let them try their best !
i m really upste about this situation, i just lost the few time i had to play in holydays to have my 6th char with powerpass and stick with current flow of base players, and i feel like im just behind
