For these BOTS, they dont need ilevel. They can easily hack it away, like in seconds.

Without saying that they given up (CM), im saying that they might have realised that they aren’t being listened to from the inside of the company. Therefore the degree of care slowly decline the longer the pro relation last.
Im exactly in that position at my job, I can only relate to how they are working less and less.

i agree with that too tbh. when you do it monthly or whatever you’re giving the bots a lot of time to get what they need and keep selling gold without caring. but if you ban them daily well… what are they going to do? they can’t do nothing if they’re constantly getting banned.
i honestly thought of that too ngl. i really started to believe that considering how low effort they put into the situation it’s like they don’t want to get rid of them quicker to stop them from reaching higher ilvl and grinding more. something fishy is going on.
Still waiting on the team to do something from way back in June. The whole “bring it up with the team” is just a smoke screen and then they brush it under the rug like they did with this issue.
Still cannot fathom why they won’t just raise the entry level up to where recommended ilevel is.
Simple yet effective solution that would have completely solved the issue from the get go.

Most people know what the CM’s responsibilities are when it relates to forums, that’s not what people are upset about and most aren’t mad towards the the CM’s (aside from the trolls). They’re upset because some of these valid issues and concerns were voiced for months (Thronespire abuse), and have yet to be addressed and the reply makes it sound like the issue is something new when it isn’t.

Back in the day, they used to organize community events, host contests, highlight cool stuff the community had put together, etc… Today they’re the one person on the team that knows enough English to post “we’ve heard you and are totally doing things about the thing” replies. Also bans.
