Bots are programs can be use by anybody
person who made Bots actually selling those programs and its been like that on most any Online games.
so idk how to explain to u but its not about play time or what ever…
those bot programs can piggyback game code(anti cheat) mimicking like real player mean its undetected wont get auto banned.

now they just fuse them and list them as lvl 2 and 3 instead
so bots are not affected at all
the 20 item listing limit is probably the worst bot prevention measure that hurts the player base the most after removing the gold from the rapport rewards

The ban measures and bot identification are in most cases done automatically. Bot coders can change the behavior of their bots to sidestep those identification programs.
Them maybe Ags should hire some of those bot programmers. Cuz they are clearly doing a good job. There were tons of bots spamming like mad in punika.
Yes, they are very good and they make a lot of money. These people are not stupid. Dealing with bots is not an easy problem like a lot of people here seem to think.
It’s great, bot hunting and the game is losing hundreds of players every day, a good parody of how to kill the game.
You are straight up TRIPPING if you believe the tripod market is shit because of the 20 item limit.
Lets be real here. The reason the tripod market is shit is very simple, and evident.
GATEKEEPING.
You can no longer gatekeep on tripods anymore, so many people don’t care to max them out. This coupled with streamers telling everyone “level 4 is fine, take your time” leads to Tripods being the LAST IF EVER upgraded by people who aren’t veterans. Maxing your tripods can be more of a damage boost than 2 or even 3 engravings, yet in the forums everyday it’s “how do i get my 5x3” not how do i get more tripods/faster.
Very few people buy tripods, so less people post them, it goes in a circle until there is little to none left period.
Lets be honest, each set of Chaos will only net you 0-3 Meta level 5 tripods, 6 characters that’s not even enough to fill out your 20 item slots for the day. And that’s on a good day.
I’ve dropped hundreds of pheons the last month replacing 2 of my gold earners, and tripods have been difficult to get, even for meta classes.

There’s a subset of the playerbase who’s more experienced and will care.
And while there’s absoluelty no way for me to prove it, my feeling it that the majority of the playerbase doesn’t care about maxing out tripods. “It’ll come slowly” They’re more willing to throw gold at quality upgrades then buying that remaining level 5 tripods.
You can even see this in the threads here and on reddit. Everyone is talking about engravings and even quality as ways to gain power. Tripods are almost never mentioned.
These sophisticated bot farms track every instance they run and catalog them. Of course they know when one is banned. Hiding the information from the community does nothing but continue the lack of trust in the management of the game and the decisions being made at the top level. Don’t tell us you’re doing something show us already.
“Greetings heros of Arkesia, this week the team was able to ban x amount of bot accounts. We continue to monitor the resurgence of bots and ban them accordingly. We’ll follow up with updated numbers in x amout of time”

you don’t think if people could list tripods at 50-100gold without worrying about the listing limit they wouldn’t
lets say you list 3-4 tripods per character per day per week for 20-50 gold or average 35 gold
that is 18-24 tripods x7 x 35 or 4.5k-6k extra gold per week extra
I highly doubt you can continually get 3-4 useable / sellable tripods per character per day. You’re exaggerating hugely, on a Great day you might get 3 sellable ones on ONE character. Most days I’m lucky to get 1 on each one on 1520 chaos dungeons.
