The situation:
I bought a founders pack on Thursday Feb 10. I installed the game via Steam. I did not have Steam connected on Amazon Games nor connected on Twitch. I connected Lost Ark to get Twitch drops, and everything worked fine on Thursday. My character is on EU server Thirain.
After maintenance on Friday, I tried to start the game but right before the server list is shown, I get the error message “Cannot connect to the server. Exiting the game. [W0x2-SPELPWN1N2NT]”,
Connected, disconnected and reconnected Steam on Amazongames and Twitch.
Checked that both “Launch_Game.exe” and “LOSTARK.exe” are open in my firewall. (There is no “LostArkLauncher.exe” file in the game folder structure as suggested in another post)
Updated my GPU driver and rebooted my PC.
Disabled the IPv6 service on my network adapter.
Still, the problem remains. Can’t get into the game at all. Please help!
Same problem. This morning I was playing, but now… this message apeears:
W0x2-OPELPWN1N2NT (Confirm)
I can’t see servers and game shuts down.
Any solution?
Same Problem for me.
Had a 500 Que at 12 o’clock and played until 16:30. Then our Rooter had some Problems and we had to reconnect it for our Shared apartment. Thank you Vodafon
Yes, it appears that this error is due to server, not our internet connection/firewall etc. I noticed yesterday, that time to time, I get random freezes and this same error appears and kicks out me from the game, today the game crashed 3x due to same error and this time I can’t even connect back and I receive the same Error as you guys. Hopefully this gets fixed soon and everyone can join back in the Queue kekw.
"## Lost Ark not connecting to server / servers not working / authentication error 10010 / error W0x2 / W0x5 / W0x9 / G0X9
Sometimes this happens if the game servers are overloaded, or technical work is underway. You just need to wait a while and try again (sometimes the next day)."
yeah same for me, launched at 11.30, waited until 16.27 to get to char select. tried to create a new char when game freezed. 5 hours of waiting just to be greeted with an error
