Yesterday i wanted to use Feiton powerpass on Destro finally, but game says i have no powerpass to use.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I apologize for the inconvenience you’re having with the Feiton Powerpass.
The feiton powerpass expires until June 30th, that applies to all the players, you should still have it, this is roster bound, did you claim it on a different roster? If that’s not the case, let’s try some basic troubleshooting to make sure is not visual bug.
- Close Lost Ark completely
- Close Steam
- Run Steam as administrator
- Check the game files integrity on Steam (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files)
- Open Lost Ark.
If the issue persist I recommend you to contact live support to have the issue escalated.

Thanks, the problem was i did not redeem the ticket in mail , after a couple of tries support chat did help me to open a ticket.

, no attachment, ill wait another mail then, to double check also i did a system check.
That’s mail expired not powerpass expired. Good luck to you tho.
